Meine Geschichte mit dem Whippet begann, als ich in London lebte und das Royal College of Art besuchte. Dort sah ich zum ersten Mal die fotografische Serie von Jo Longhurst Twelve Dogs, Twelve Bitches / The Refusal.

Diese eindrucksvollen Porträts von Whippets, voller Eleganz, Charakter und stiller Intensität, berührten mich damals tief. In diesem Moment wusste ich: Eines Tages würde ein Whippet Teil meines Lebens sein.

2013 zog mein erster Whippet-Rüde Itou bei mir ein. Von Anfang an faszinierte mich sein sanftes Wesen und seine unendliche Treue. Mit Itou begann meine echte Leidenschaft für diese besondere Rasse, eine tiefe Verbindung, die mein Leben bereichert.

My story with the Whippet began while I was living in London and saw Jo Longhurst’s photographic series Twelve Dogs, Twelve Bitches / The Refusal at the Royal College of Art. Their elegance and quiet intensity captivated me, and I knew one day a Whippet would share my life.
In 2013, my first Whippet, Itou, entered my life and my passion for this wonderful breed began.

Tiara folge im 2017. Sie ist eine sanfte, sehr zurückhaltende Hündin, die sich auf Ausstellungen nie wirklich wohlfühlte.

Für mich war immer wichtig, ihre Persönlichkeit zu respektieren und ihr ein Leben zu ermöglichen, das zu ihr passt. Bis heute lebt sie geliebt und geschätzt als fester Bestandteil meines Rudels.

Tiara followed in 2017. She is a gentle, very reserved girl who never truly enjoyed the show ring. For me, it has always been important to respect her personality and give her the life that suits her best. To this day, she lives loved and cherished as an important part of my pack.

2023 kam Lollipop zu mir.

Ihr Stammbaum bedeutet mir sehr viel, denn er vereint wunderschöne, charakterstarke italienische Ahnen mit einem ausgeglichenen Wesen.

Lollipop ist eine Hündin, die Eleganz, Femininität und Exotik in sich vereint. Auch auf Schönheitsausstellungen weiss sie zu begeistern.

Doch Lollipop ist weit mehr als nur schön: Sie ist extravagant, ausdrucksstark, sehr selbstbewusst und voller Leben.

Inspiriert vom Wesen von Lollipop entstand SHOWPONY FCI. Der Begriff steht für eine Persönlichkeit, die es liebt, im Mittelpunkt zu glänzen und mit charismatischem Auftreten zu beeindrucken, ganz wie sie selbst. 

In 2023, Lollipop joined my family.
Her pedigree means a lot to me, as it combines beautiful, strong-charactered Italian ancestors with a balanced temperament.
Lollipop is Whippet who leaves an impression. She embodies elegance, femininity, and exotic beauty. 
But is much more than just beautiful: she is extravagant, expressive, highly confident, and full of life.

Lollipop is the inspiration behind SHOWPONY FCI, a name that reflects a personality that loves to shine in the spotlight and impress with charisma and presence, just like she does.
